Banned for no reason (SweetMagic)

I was banned without meaning zz00zz makes me Greifer and caught me in a prison I asked if someone could help as they banned me because I talked a lot

You have been demoted for griefing, grief 1 block, you get demoted...simple as that.

Yeah but zz00zz locked me in a cave and I could not do anything since I could not build and I asked for help when I started to spam to get help but i did just get banned -.-
