The server has been updated. thanks to Henrycortes. 
The permissions have been reset and you will recieve your ranks back as soon as you get on and a mod or higher is there to promote you.
New plugin installed also thanks to Henrycortes.
Hawkeye instead of BigBrother.
Command: /hawk tool
New Permissions as well.
Command: /pex demote/promote (username)
